Live Chat Helpdesk will undergo up to 5 minutes of downtime during the maintenance. During the downtime:
1. Messages sent by you and the Support Team will be marked as “not sent”. As soon as the downtime is over all unsent messages will be sent automatically.
2. It will not be possible to start new chats. Thus, you can send us an email with your issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please check this article to locate the matching email address depending on your request type.
