If your server type is not listed here, we recommend you check instructions from the Comodo Certificate Authority (now Sectigo). NOTE: When you generate a CSR, a private key will also be generated at your web server.

Please back up the private key or else you will not be able to install the certificate. Since this is a server-side process, we will not have access to the private key so please ensure to back up. If you lose it or if you feel that your private key has been compromised, you can generate a new CSR and request for a re-issue of your certificate.
